Billed for service i did not ask for or request

2-26-09. Recieved letter from them saying -thank you for agreeing to try id sentinel alert for 6.95 and 24.95 amonth after fourteen days. We never agreed nor did we apply for this service. Yet our bank statment shows they removed 6.95 from our account. Me and wife have called an sat on hold for 45 mins each with no one answering our call. We have cancelled our credit card but it was for a different fraudulant charge from some one else. Check your bank statment over good question anything that doesn't look right. We do not do online banking so we don't how they got our account info. We do not by off the internet. So how are these people getting our info???
