Cancelled order but bank charged

On Sunday, 2/22/09, I accidentally finished an order type to get a wig without recognizing my research had consumed me to some wig explanation used to do not need. I instantly requested the right wig and named the detailed quantity to stop the very first purchase.

The consultant about the telephone explained it cost "an excessive amount of" to stop an order and declined to do this. He explained to deliver a contact to Dorothy, the client support consultant, that we did, on 2/22/09. No reaction arriving about the next business-day, 2/23/09.

I checked my charge card record online 2/24/09 and equally wigs were billed. No solution at Ace Wigs.

Used to do get a termination mail on 2/22/09, but my consideration was billed anyway. The telephone should be off the catch since I have constantly dialed and just obtained a chaotic signal.
