Did not fullfill my orde

FindingKing.com did not fill my December 08 ebay order of a 7 piece disk cutter set. They sent me 2 rusty hammers (which are useless and I could get them anywhere for a couple bucks) and said they would fill the order in April 09, when they get parts from their dealer. 5 MONTHS AFTER I PAID! I asked them for a refund and they said they would cancel my order, but would not refund any money. So I waited for a couple months and saw on ebay they were selling the same thing I had ordered, but still had not filled my order. I filed a complaint with ebay and was only refunded $20 of my total purchase because they had sent the useless rusty hammers.
