Deceptive ads and ripp off charge They Hide Their Physical Address

I have been redirected to their web site when i try to download ACROBATE READER (free). Their advertisement say $12 annual service support. After fill out form, the charge is $ 70. I can not cancel subscription, since there is NO CANCEL button. I did not press SUBMIT BUTTON.
I do not download anything from their site
this is fraudulent charge for service NOT render.
I do not have address to cancel my subscription by mail, since i am hard of hearing and can not dispute thru phone.
