Misleading sells of computers on Overstock Auctions

I bought a computer from willcoelectronics on Overstockauctions.com When the computer arrived it was not at all as described. It also came with a 6 page disclaimer of what was not included and what the computer would NOT do. Just because it said internet ready, internal modem and ethernet did not mean you could use it in anyway to go wireless. If the original add did not mention it, then the computer would not interface, interact or work in any way with any other type program - -so basically you can't do anything with it. The only way to get on the internet is to plug in a phone line and use dial up - which I don't have.

The battery is also dead and won't hold a charge. Despite all the upgrade claims and increase memory etc. The operating system is Window 2000 and the disclaimer says it probably can't be upgraded. Basically it is an old, old computer they have cleaned up and resold using vague words and promises of a 90 warranty. They say they can only do repairs and give no refunds. The problems with this computer can't be fixed. It was totally misrepresented.
