Grant Danger, Your USA Grant
This company is taking advantage of people during these difficult times while using the image of new hope for this country, our new president!

Believe it or not, during these difficult times we live in, there is another parasite of a company praying on people who are vulnerable based on their own economic hardship.

While people are wondering how to deal with saving their homes, protecting their families, wondering how they can put their children through college or just simply looking for some form of relief or bailout. "Grant Danger" (ironically named), out of Las Vegas definately is a company I urgently tell you to stay away from.

I'm a single dad of two children. Like many people who have gone through a divorce, I am constantly wondering how to deal with my bills, cover my overhead and ultimately take care of my children. I'm normally very disciplined and disregard any BS type email when it comes to solicitatons. However, I sadly looked into an advertisement concerning government grants. This one was perfect. They had a big huge image of President Obama, talking about government assistance through these difficult times, etc.in short, I requested a CD to learn more about the program. It was only $ 2.95, what harm could ot be right? Well, that was only the beginning. I provided my email address, name and paid for the CD request with my debt card. Let me say that there was never any disclaimer stating I was joining anything. I was eventually charged the $ 2.95 and received some blurb emails from the company talking about Grants for Diamonds, Grants for Cars, etc. I knew this was apparently crap but wasn't concerned based on my minimal investment. That all changed however when my checking account was charged $ 58.64 from "YourUSAGrant".

Assuming this was a simple error, I called the company in an effort to identify the error, cancel any membership I had mistakenly been enrolled in and credit my account back. When I called in this evening, I explained that I had never gotten any CD from the company and now have been charged an additional fee. The representative "Molly White" immediately took a defensive tone with me spite my calm respectful communication with her. She informed me that the CD had been sent out and that I had 7 days to cancel my "subscription". Ms. White had no concern whether she could validate that I had never logged into their site and told me the $ 58.64 was non-refundable!!! Needless to say, I expressed my discontent and told her I neede to speak to a supervisor. She stated that she was ironically a floor supervisor and there was no one else I could speak to. I was informed that she would cancel my membership and email me the confirmation of the cancelation together with the page I supposedly agreed to.

To date, I never received any CD, original emails concerning my supposed subscription and login info or the cancelation she had promised.

Anyone interested in going after these people, please contact me. And if anyone from Grant Danger reads this, I'd ask for you to return my money or at least give me my monies worth by meeting me and telling me to my face why you "can't give me my money back"!!!

P.S. - To the owners of Grant Danger / YourUSA Grant; "I was just in Vegas last week for a work conference. Talk about bad timing. You better hope I'm not scheduled back there anytime soon! I can promise you this; "it isn't over yet." Therefore, it might be in everyones best interest to simply forward back my money.
