Ordered cd for just the price of $2.99 shipping and handling, got the cd and the crap does not allow you to access any type of government grants applications and to top it off did not know until we got our bank statment that they have charged my debit card 4 times for 1.99,1.00,20.00, and 39.95 on 4 differnt days. Needless to say my husband and I are very upset, people work to hard for their money this day and age to have some one come and just take out of your account as they please. If anyone knows anything i can do about this please contact me. Thank you
