False Advertising - Traffic Fusion is a scam

Internet & Web

I must say, first and foremost, that when I am treated well when making a purchase, I am loyal to a fault. That being said, I have ignored the shortcomings of Mike Filsaime and his internet marketing software offerings for too long.

The latest case in point is Traffic Fusion a.K.A. HyperJava. I first bought this back in July of using the payment plan of 4 payments of $397. When I first got access to HyperJava, I was overly awed at how cool it was, enough so that I ignored the fact that some of the things shown in the promotional videos didn't work as they should.

I also ignored the fact that the instructional videos that Mike Filsaime promised were all but missing. I'm not a newbie to the Internet in any sense of the word (I run a successful personal finance website), but I found the HyperJava software to be confounding.

The forum that Mike set up for HyperJava users turned out to be a joke. Obviously, a lot of the other people who signed up for the HyperJava service were newbies, not knowing an autoresponder from a split test. I can understand that. What I can't understand is that is why the "experts" who are on Mike's staff, who visited the forum, were no help whatsoever. I didn't get one useful bit of advice from them.

The straw that broke the camel's back came when I was trying to set up a campaign in HyperJava. I have a product that I'm selling on my website, and I was trying to integrate it into HyperJava, using HyperJava's integrated payment processor that accepts payments through PayPal. Long story short, it won't track payments made through PayPal.

If I'd had affiliates signed up, they would be making sales for me and not getting paid for it. If I were an affiliate who didn't get paid for my efforts, I'd be pretty ticked off. So, good thing I tried to thoroughly test HyperJava before signing up affiliates.

I shouldn't have to test such an expensive piece of software just to make sure it works as promised... Which it didn't.

Since I was a fool and didn't test everything out in the first 30 days, I'm stuck with this thing. I've paid $1588 for this software so far, and it has failed to deliver on one of its major promises. How many others will it break?

I'm to the point where I'm trying to find somebody else to pawn my HyperJava license off onto. "If I could just find a sucker like myself, " is what I think, but then I start feeling like the guy who took advantage of me by selling this software to me.

At this point, I would settle for Mike Filsaime paying me what I've invested in HyperJava, a total of $1588. Shame on me for not being more shrewd when it came to dealing with people like him. But shame on him for selling such an inferior product.
