They are taking $ 69.95 out of account every month and I don't know why I did not authorize it

I ordered a $ 1.49 item from them which I did not receive. What I did receive was them with drawing $ 69.95 out of my account in January and February. I don't know what this money is for and I have received any information from them telling me they were doing it or why they were doing it.
Due to this withdrawal in was overdrawn in my account both months. I want my money back and them to stop. There are Web sites about this company doing the same thing to other people as well. I ordered the $ 1.49 item so long ago I don't remember what it was. Can you please help me and all the other victims that has been taken by these people?
