They're trying to rip me off!

I have had clearwire internet for around 4 decades now with not many grievances (just a couple of of connection problems) no huge package... TILL NOW!
My company took place completely. Following a few issues they'd me attempt, they decided it had been my device. Good, they overnighted me a brand new device and explained to check out the directions on returning the previous one.
My support transpired on the saturday, I'd a brand new device on wednesday, delivered the aged one-out on wednsday along with a telephone call on friday stating my bank card wouldn't take the cost of $211 for not returning the previous device??? (automatic) nevertheless no big deal.
I called them they stated they acknowledged the mistake and might correct this.
Friday. I find my bank card is billed $211.
Problem I've to occupy with my lender ($200 max daily)
Anyhow, I simply discovered this today after I observed the cost and also the billing department. Is closed. Lender may now cost me for heading minimum. Cheers for allowing me port, I will sleep better today.
