@PCPartsOhio PCPartsOhio Sold a defective laptop, refused to replace

I bought a NEW Gateway Laptop from pcpartsohio.com

The laptop arrived and had trouble with the power cord. The connection was never quite right and had to be held at just the right angle to give power to the computer.

Within 7 months the computer was completely dead, no power, no lights. I asked them to service it, they refused, I took it in to a local computer shop and they told me that the motherboard was defective and it would cost more than the laptop to replace.

I called them and asked them to fix it, they refused.

I chalked it up as a loss, but after about a year PCPartsOhio emailed me asking me to give feedback about my experience. I gave them a negative review.

This is the response I got:

"Thank you for leaving negative feedback. I am not sure what world you leave in, but if you think that someone would want to work with you on an out of warranty product AFTER you leave negative feedback you are very wrong."

I googled them and found that there were many many other people that had received treatment similar to mine. I mentioned this to the Owner and got this:
" Great, you found 4 negative reviews in past 5 years out of about 300,000 orders. You seem to have a lot of time on your hands. Go ahead and write whatever special reports you wish.

If you continue on sending emails to this address we will contact your ISP and report you for harassment and sending spam.

Otherwise, if you feel your laptop is still under warranty you are more than welcome to file a lawsuit in Eastlake, OH court and let the judge decide.

Bear in mind it was them that contacted me.

That email was followed with this:
"You may want to take a class on not being a complete dumbass at your local community college. But then again, I doubt it would do you any good.

They sell defective garbage with porn on it and refuse to service it
