Have tried to cancel and they keep charging me every month

I ordered a trial of thier product Acaipure. Did not care for it so I called to cancel. The person I spoke with offered to let me keep the product but to send me more for only half price! I told them no thank you, but to just please cancel any further shipments.

There have been 2 more charges taken out of my account in November and December. There wasn'teven an attempt to send any product—but they sure took the money out! They will not listen but are stealing my money after I have made it quite clear that I know longer want their product.
