Can't get in touch, keeps charging my credit card, did not send product

The product does not work. I ordered free trail supply but was sent alot of extras and charged full price. Tried to cancel but can not get in touch with company. Wait time is up to an hour to speak to someone. They keep taking out the full price twice a month and do not send the product either. Everytime I cancel on site, it comes back failure to send.
