AT&T dsl not payable online Usa Internet

I have a problem with paying my DSL (dry loop) online... I did not have a phone line... Since i use my AT&T cell phone as my home number... So instead of having a home number associated with my DSl dry loop... I am given an account number. The account can not be paid online... So i have been late a few times since i bank online... My spouse is a BEUC Rep for AT&T and dont understand why we are not able to pay our bill online... U are not even allowed to pay it by phone with a credit card... Who doesnt take credit cards? LOL

Since my spouse works for AT&T we get a discount with the service... But still it put us at an inconvience when it comes down to paying the bill...
