On January 11th I won a bid on a flat screen 20 inch computer monitor on ebay. The person who listed the item goes by the name of MINENAME44. Thats his ebay ID.

Anyway, It was supposed to be delivered on january 15th... By UPS.

That day, I had to call 911 because a family member needed immediatemedical treatment, so i left the houde with the 911 team and was in the hospital when UPS delivered the Item. According to UPS, the driver had left it somewhere on the property... Near my front door.

The next day, I called UPS and asked about the package. To which they replied " you can file a report, but it will not help you recieve a refund nor a replacement item... The shipper must contact us and report it. At that point, I notified the shipper using ebays " contact seller" feature.

I was very professional about it and told him what happened. His 1st response was " i did all i can do".

I called u.P. S again, this time the u.P. S driver stopped by while he was on his daily route, and showed me where he put the package... And thats when I learned The ebay shipper DIDNT EVEN hide or disguise the box. He shipped out a flatscreen 20 inch in its own carton... And UPS just left it in front of my door. I contacted the shipper again and told him he has to call U.P. S and file a report... So i can get a refund. He told me that I had to call U.P.S.

This guy was the most ignorant human being on the face of the earth. He refuses to call u.P.S. And put the blame on me, and washing his hands of the situation Now im out 140 bucks. He has my money, and refuses to refund it, or even call u.P.S. So i can get a refund.

So i left a negative feedback on his ebay profile, and he contacts me to ask me what will it take tfor me to change it. I say DO THE RIGHT THING and i will consider changing it. He refuses. This guy is a complete jackaxx.
So i call ebay, and fill them in on the situation. Ebay was understanding and helped me through the process, and also told me to notify paypal and file a dispute.

Paypal was notified and a dispute was filed, to which this moron replies with a delivery confirmation from ups.
Its still being disputed.

My advice to you: DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS EBAYER.
God forbid something happens to your shipment from him and he wont even call u.P.S. To help you out... Which means something is shady on his part.

Ill keep you updated regarding this issue.
