Only excepted check as payment. Cashed my check of over $300 and never delivered the merchandise. Contacted store 11 times now. They will not call you back. Mad and ripped off

Don't waste your time or money. This store is a total rip off. They only except checks over a certain amoun which they will promptly cash and good luck getting what you ordered. I have contacted the store 11 times now total. They will never call you back when they say they will. Customer service is useless. They advertise merchandise that they do not have. I have requested a refund which I was told I would receive on December 23. It is now Jan 17 (5 more calls later) and no refund or call back from customer service as promised. I will be contacting legal advice and the BBB to file a report.
