I put an order with this specific organization in April.13 Place settings of china. Anything was good, and anything was shipped in a regular way, that was important since we were going offshore. One dinner-plate was damaged, so when I documented it, the organization, placesettings.com stated they'd deliver an upgraded. I'd follow-up using the organization from time to time, but I never obtained an upgraded dinner-plate, and today you are able to no further contact the corporation via telephone, e-mail, or on the internet.
