Ental scam from person claiming to run a business

I was recently contacted by someone claiming to be Rose Collins from Canada replying to an ad on Craigslit.com that I posted in search of an apartment. She was offering for me to live in her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana rent free provided I process payments for her business. I requested more information and the name of the business she claimed to own is Corinthian Furniture Limited in Canada. She would not provide pictures of herself, the apartment, or any addresses or phone numbers.

After doing a bit of research, I found out that there is a business by the name of Corinthian Furniture Limited, but it is located in Corinth, Mississippi. I imagine that the perpetrator of this scam would either live near there, or has lived there at some point. I did not give her any of my privte information, but I imagine that this person has already scammed many people.
