Scammed on ebay and restricted from feedback

Hello

I am new to ebay. I purchased a tea set that was advertised by MICHELLESMITH1964 as "beautiful" in "Excellent" condition and kept in a china cabinet. I paid for the set. It was mailed to me. It took 2 weeks to get it. When it came it was in a dirty box that reeked of cat urine and tobacco. When I examined the pieces they were all from different lots (not mentioned by the seller). The tea pot was missing silver from both sides, it was rusted in the inside very badly, the hinge on the top lid had been sodered with a dark, rubbery, smelly glue which was falling apart.

The tray had dents in it. It looked like this set was taken from a junk yard. This seller included a card asking for positive feedback only. I contaced the seller, ebay and PayPal. I submitted complaints. I was supposed to try and work it out with the seller. She insisted on positive feedback on the paperwork that she sent with the package.
