Unauthorized billing

I've had a cost on b bank account record going back 8 weeks that used to donot agree. One is for $4.24 and also the additional for $4.97. I've alredy had one run-in with net-zero and that I truly wouldn't get tangled up in virtually any business these were involved with again. Just how can they are doing this and just how do I quit them?
