Facing a problem since last four months till now i haven't received a proper solution

Hi this is sheshukumar. Purchased one laptop in the month of october. Till =now i never used the same. I approached the customer service around 25 times. And i have the mail trial and case number which sony has given with me. I didn't understand what to do. Still they haven't given any proper solution to problem. And i invested another 100 dollars to contact them and in between they asked me to purchase one external floppy that also idid.
Please do me a favour... I raised a compalint in sony style. That also i did around 4 times but no one has apporoached me. Please do me a favour... I am decide to file a case against sony... Let me know the procedure how to file...
