Property Pre-Foreclosure Service Scam

This company is pretty slick, they put ads on Craig's List to get people to call for pre-foreclosure lists with unrealistic (way below market) sales values. The pitch is that you don't have to put any money down on the properties, you just assume the existing loan that is owned by investors backing the service. They will tell you that the name of the company is "Custom Search Services" but once they've got your credit card number you get an email from a website called "Zingo.com". If you do an internet search on "Custom Search Services", it doesn't really come up with much information other than the website which appears to actually do nothing, it's just window dressing. If, however, you do an internet search on "Zingo.com", you will get all kinds of hits from unhappy customers. The service is essentially non-existent, you do not get anything for your money. Don't fall for this scam, stay away.
