Paid for access to the website, but the site is a fraud, and does not have valid links to live NHL games. Seller never replies to emails, and ignores requests for refund to my paypal account

This fraud seller's website claims it has links to live NHL games, but after I paid for access to the site, I found out that all the links are outdated, and no live access to nhl games.
Seller ignored all emails, and all requests through Paypal for a refund.
Avoid this fraudulent seller.
