Offer not honored Miami

Aol offered one free month of DSL service to get me to sign up and then billed me for it. When I called to make the claim, they said that I was lying and that there had been no such offer. When I requested a supervisor they told me they wouldn't put one on the phone for me because they had already explained everything I needed to hear.
