No Phone Number to Cancel Automatic Monthly Billing

Consumers, beware! Microsoft uses unethical billing practices. I have been trying to cancel an automatic monthly billing, but this abusive company does not provide a phone number to address billing concerns. This leaves me with the only alternative of cancelling my credit card and have the bank issue me a new one.
