Customer Service NON TO BE FOUND NADA ZIP

I've order from this site before and while I get the products promptly I wouldn't advise calling or tryign to write to them if you have a question. Just place the order or find a kiosk that sells this stuff, at least you'll get your questions answered. The site showed a sale buy one get other for 50% off. Went through the entire online experience and didn't get it. I wrote to them days before inquiring about this special offer but time is getting short and if I didn't order by today I wouldn't get the item (s) in time for the holidays. To date I didn't get an email back from customer service. I also called them (phone number is on the website - but difficult to find) and I've never received a call either. I started this purchase back on December 5th and after waiting this long for answers I decided to close my eyes, bend over and pay the higher price anyway, since my daughter really wanted this for Christmas. The only thing I got from them was a confirmation that my order had been shipped, if I had any questions to call the number in the email. Did that since the number was different from their website number. That number is not being serviced by the call center??? So there is no way to reach anyone from this store, either by email or by phone!!!

So here's hoping I even get the items I ordered. OH well not like I didn't know and since I did order last year and got what I wanted I figured I take a chance. So, if you're thinking about buying from them and have questions forget about it, they never return calls, emails, and are totally non responsive except to say they send a confirmation saying the order has been shipped. BTW the product itself is fabulous! They obviously need to spend a few bucks and get new webhost, designer and a relable call center, cause their site is awful.
