Beware of 30 day Return Policy

I bought a master for my boy when he smashed his knee in August. Within fourteen days the walker began falling apart. We created telephone calls to Rueven Kohn, who owns All-Time Medical. He explained he'd consider giving out replacement pieces. The web site plainly says they have a return policy. We approached him nicely inside the thirty days. There have been more telephone calls backwards and forwards, he then questioned me to deliver images of the places which were falling apart, which we did. He explained he might obviously observe there is an issue using the walker.

Several, many extra telephone calls and that I currently understand the issue. All-Time Medical is established like a drop-ship organization. This implies All-Time Medical can't do any discounts or replacement components UNTIL the organization he purchased from, provides him the agreement to do this.
