They were suppose to provide me with software to allow me to get tv service on my pc. That never happened. Nationwide

I was emailed information about getting tv on my pc. I was interested in trying it out for one year. I gave my credit card information, and when I got my comformation order number I saw that I was billed for the wrong amount. I only wanted the one year plan for about $12.00, but instead I was being billed for 3 years and additional software at $57.88. I called the company back using the 1 866-903-4555 number and spoke to a representive that said I probably didn't check the right box. I stated that I wanted to cancel my order and was told that I would have to wait 24hrs because my order was not in the system yet. When I called back the next day the number was disconected. I called my bank and was told that they had not paid them the money yet but that they would have to. My bank advised me to get intouch with usacomplaints. Coms.
