Did not honor the terms of the "Recruit a Friend" program, but took money anyway

Blizzard did not honor the terms of the "Recruit a Friend" program (RAF), but took my money anyway. Many angry emails were sent to them (few returned), but the deal was "if you signed a friend up for the RAF program, you were supposed to get many perks, including a special Zebra in game mount."... Anyway i signed my daughter up for an account (and paid a lot of money for it) but Blizzard refused to honor the RAF deal. So obviously at this point i have no intention of continuing to pay for my daughters account (yes she is very sad about it), but i cannot see myself paying forever when Blizzard can't even spare an imaginary zebra.
