(LHTC) charging top dollar for dsl & not providing it Rip-off Indianhead stahlstown

Lhtc is charging 50$ a month for a dsl connection and it peaks at 200k early morning and drops to 28-77 k in the evening hours dsl is listed to be 256k-1.5mg i have yet to see 256k never got over 200 at its best when it drops below a 100 can`t load any web pages with any kind of efffects to them or music it runs so slow can`t even test it...

I ping their router and get from 37-1200 ms if you test a 56k modem at the same site it hit 33-42 kbs this connection actual slows to that level at times if they can`t produce the minimal 256k they should`nt charge use full price since i had it can`t play any online games my ping ranges from 200-3400 in any fps game pc pitstop ping test fails not 1 site hits below 300ms they actual tried refusing me a connection on dsl
