The deferred finance charges

I think it is SO DISHONEST of Dell to insure you that you have a year without finance charges and then, the first day after your year is up, they hit you with this enormous deferred finance charges! I realize that this is one of those "read the fine print" deals, but now I owe as much as I did one year ago with those damn charges! How in the hell can this be legal?!! They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE; they will NOT RESPOND TO A LETTER OF CORRESPONDANCE; I can't believe a company can stay in business and treat people so dishonestly. Something's got to be done!!
