Internet & Web

I ordered a subscription of Yahoo Internet Life on line. The deal was, get one free issue of the magazine to preview, if I didn't like it, I just write cancel on the bill. Those idiots billed me for the subscription before I even got the preview issue and then about 2 weeks later I got a reminder bill and I just received the first issue. The other part of the deal that I liked was the free CD-Rom full of links and stuff. Well, it's been about 3 months since I subscribed, I've paid for the subscription, I gotten two issues and still no CD-Rom full of goodies. I wrote them once on their web site about it and I was told that it would be six weeks. Six weeks for what? They've had my money for over 2 months. I have emailed them again, so far no reply. I realize that this item is free, but I'm ticked that I have not received this thing. It isn't the CDrom that bothers me, it's the fact that I feel like it was bait on a hook, I took the hook but the bait was snatched away.
