Trick me to make purchase of item they did not stack on their website

I went to their WebSite an see the item IwantedDBM/HD15M. I was told I had to purchase'a total of $40.00 to obtain that cable. I did. The psackake recived, but the cable above was not enclose. I return the package after I contacted them with a RMA #4649. I payed additional shipping cost $9.43. The Company refuse to accept the good, to make correction. The practice is evidence of"Unfair and Deceptive business Practices. I would equest a Investigation & hearing as to this scheme. I am out of aproximately $50.00.By this crime
