They are a rip off company!

On 8/10/10 I ordered "Apple MC340LL/A Airport Extreme Wireless-N Base Station" from MyDigitalDiscount.com Inc.
We received the item on 8/13/10. However, when we opened the box, there was no Installation CD in there. It was Friday evening we couldn't contact the company. So we tried to download the software from Apple.com
After installed the software, we found that the product still not performed anything.

Mon, 8/16, I contacted the company again, the customer service advised me to go to Apple Store where they may be able to help us. So we drove there (pretty far from our house), they gave us another web address to download the software, we did that but the product still not function.

Tue, 8/17, I contacted the company again as we were not satisfy with the product & wanted to return. I spoke with Douglas Hare, He insisted that the company does not accept a return. Or if we want to return it will be 15% deducted from the price! He also confirmed that he won't care if I will file a complaint or anything. Because the organization can't do anything to him

I can't believe the government allows a company takes advantage from the customer like this!

1). This company did not sincere enough to inform customer that the product does not come with Installation CD
2). He refered to his Return policy on the website which I never knew it exist (I guess by receiving this email, he may post it up). If the company sincere enough, it should warn us before we paid that this product is not refundable or something.
3). I am wondering How much money they made from misunderstanding from the customer?

This is a fraud company! I am not sure if they just sell a non functional product that why the price was so cheap or they can make 15% from customer who want to return?

The company doesnt' care if we satisfy or not but just want to push us to try harder to make the item work! I dont' think i should be treated like this. We spent a lot of money to get this item, we got nothing but problems & wasting our time! Got to drive to apple store make several phone calls to the company & asked for help! If you are buying something and cause you trouble this much, Will you want to keep it?

Please help me get my full refund back shipping cost that I have to return non functional item for you $17.95, Total $141.94

NOte: I did dispute on PayPal & they replied back said "they have policy on their website, yes, if you read their policy you will know, How greedy & rip off of the company is.." & they said I disrespectful, Gosh, who will respect a cheating company???" Will you?
