Low Pay
Inc Low Pay has taken money from my checking account. Any more victims out there

After inquiring about Low Pay Inc, my checking account was credited almost 200.00 dollars on 10/28 with the promise of Money Back garantee if not satisfied with thier catalog of items. They didn't send the catalog until my 30 days were expired for the money back option. Also there is another 200.00 plus due within 60 days from the initial date of inquiry, which they will take from my account. Isn't this illegal? This is incredible how companies van do this. Is there any legal way to stop this?
