Rip-off deceptive billing deceptive

I was on a free adult website when ad banners began bombarding my screen. Then they began appearing in a foreign language. They appeared so quickly that clicking on the right hand corner's "X" would not get rid of them, they came back before i could get rid of the next one.

After repeatedly clicking on the X's i decided to try to clcick on a button that I hoped was a cancel button.instead I heard a dial tone. I immediadtly began clcicking the X's to get rid of the banners, to no avail. After about 15 minutes I simply shut off my computer.

A few days later I recieved a Bill from Alyon saying that I had used a pay adult service and was being charged for 17 minutes! Of course since I only read english I could not have knowingly agreed to use their service.

At first they told me it was not there fault that I could not read the language the ad was written in. They later recanted that statement by claiming that all of the banners are in english (they are not).
