Ripoff misleading Money Hungry theives deceptive company Georgia

I received a bill from Alyon Techonlogies saying I owed them money for a PREMIUM WEB CONTENT ADULT.in the first place I would not visit an adult site. It then stated that by clicking on the "I Agree" button and then clicking the "Connect" botton I had accessed this site. I do not recall clicking on the "I Agree" button, and most certainally not the "Connect" button.

They had an email add to go to check your account and billing information by clicking on "My Bill" link, which I was not able to find. They also had to phone numbers (which I tried) and olny got recordings.

I want other people to be aware of these theives.
