(censored) billing Rip-off for services not accessed

I received a bill for $49.60 from Alyon Technololgies. The bill was supposedly for premium adult web content, accessed for 2 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 4 minutes consecutively on March 10. The bill states that I must have downloaded a dialer, agreed to the terms, and clicked "connect" to dial their service. I know for sure that I did not do this.

I was online at the time listed for the calls, and I remember having problems with my connection (which is not unusual for my service provider so I didn't think anything of it at that time).

Apparently this thing installs and dials itself, since I am positive that I did not do it. The FAQ on their website asserts that SOMEONE must have been at your computer to dial this number, you are responsible, and you should guard your computer more carefully. This is (censored) and I will not pay for it!
