Software doctor inc big disappointment - does not deliver

I am so disappointed with this so called company. I have for over a month tried to get them to support my issue with there service not working and they sent the same message from supposedly different support personnel saying this same message. "This problem might be because you leave the members area open for too long. Then when you try to use it, it logs you out before your results show.

We have put a reload function so if you are inactive for over 10 minutes it will log you out automatically." Afterwards you get a message DAILY ReSULTS LIMITS REACHED. WAIT 24 hours and try again. And I never get the information that I am searching. But they want you to upgrade to different add on services. WHAT A JOKE they are. No Resolution, No Customer Service, No Product to speak of. And when you want to cancel they ask why, when they have never delivered what they advertise. Very Disappointed.
