Internet TV - 'Online TV Pass' Tumba Muerto

This company was subject to a rip off report back in 2006 - it seems they are active again - i recieved a 'bulk' email from them today, claiming that i had asked to join their list (i have no recollection of doing so) -

Earlier complaint referred to them taking your money just to redirect you to public domain download software - - - if the company location and the vauge email contact is not a 'tell' then the earlier ripoff report does 'tell' you all you need to know - - - they charge for a service which you can get for free - - - 'cavat emptor' - - -buyer beware!!!
