This company seemed rather legitimate but only because they have a well made website and have not been reported as a scam before. Unfortunately this is not the reality. The product I ordered is not restricted by law in the location they claim to ship from and it is not illegal in the countries they ship to. They even offer a buy 1 get 1 free for one month, then they extend it to the next month, and yet another month.

Right after I placed an order they suddenly couldn't keep up. I had to provide an address twice before receiving an email asking to provide my address yet again, then they said it was shipped, then they said that tracking numbers haven't been issued yet, then I get the tracking number and there's no tracking information for a full week before the information suddenly appears and says the package was mailed a week late.

There is only a date on when the package was shipped, no address to confirm that it is actually the order I placed and not some bullsh*t they send for the sake of giving everyone the same tracking number. The order never arrived and I unsuccessfully tried to file a complaint at the post office because I need the sender's address.

I asked for the sender's address, thinking it wouldn't be an issue due to the fact that I'd probably have one if the order were to arrive, and they were kind enough to blow me off by saying that they were going to file a complaint for me and tell me what the post office has to say. I never received any further information and all of my emails have been ignored. They have not sent a replacement order nor will they refund my money, even though there's a 100% satisfaction guarantee very conspicuously plastered onto their website.
