Paid for my website programming and never recieved documentation or operation control

I began doing business with this company to build a filemaker pro database driven website for an aviation library I was creating. Since this project was under development this company has failed to provide even basic business services.

The website was created and hosted on a server controlled by MCSwebtech and I never received the operating instructions and receipt for the moneys paid for the programming.

I would caution anyone doing business with this individual to make sure you have in writing, all rights of licensing, contractual pricing and estimates on company letterhead before giving ANY money.
