You get a pop up that looks like windows vista needs you to get the antivirus 2009 professional because of a virus on your system, you believe it is from vista, you go and order/download it, you get extra charges for support ect. You get an icon with 2009 anitvirus, but nothing is there, there is nothing on your system protecting you, you call support@billingware.net and they say they can't refund your money, they told me that many people get this program and that i must have installed incorrectly so they sent me instructions again, and i tried and still nothing. You pay for nothing
