Rip-off business

Well guys, I've had some response from a few of the places I have written Alyon says I did access their site and responable for the bill, At& T says I had to have went to the site and consent. The mayor of Norcross says they have a mailing address in there town but the business is in unincorportaed Gwinnett County so does not extend the authority of their police dept, but she did advise me to contact the Gwinnett County Police Dept.,

The response I got from them was a Det by the name of Cheek had been assigned to the case, I got a letter from Det Cheek saying that they had gotten 11 complaints from the IFCC so he looked into the situation and what he found was it was unfounded, there was no way we could have accessed this dialer without consenting to it, so as far as that goes I haven't really gotten anywhere with them,

But we must have gotten some notice with the IFCC for them to have written a letter advising Gwinnett County to look into the situation. I also got a response from the FTC stating they were putting my complaint into their data base, so come on guys if we want to beat this start writing those letters and keep the fire going. I have no intention of paying them anything but that's not what I'm going for I want to put this company out of business for fraud.
