Charged 39.90 twice promised refund, cancelled it, and then charged again

I was told when i signed up the only authorized charge to my card would be $1. That when I started making money that is where my monthly fee would come from. I was told I would also recieve my software in 2-3 days and today almost 3 weeks later never recieved it. What I did recieve were 2 unauthorized charges of 39.90 on my account. When I called to fix it because it made me overdrawn, they promised one same day refund and another in 5-7 days.

Well I got one refund yesturday, and today the refund was cancelled with another charge of 39.90. Now today they are trying to tell me that I would have to wait another 5-7 days for a refund. It has turned into a nightmare because I never even had it long enough to get a monthly charge or my software so I could make this worth the hastle, but they are willing to fraudulantly take other peoples hard earned money to see what they will do and then make them wait to see if they get it back. Do not make the mistake of investing in this company even though GOOGLE'S logo is on it. It is a scam!
