Scamed me for money

Lures you in on a charge of $4.94 but as soon as I typed in my personal and billing information I was unable to complete my transaction due to a spam that said I had been accepted to receive additional supply for ½ price. It does not let you leave the page to receive a receipt for the transaction. It also says that by continuing you will be charged $150.00 for these additional items. At that time I tried backing out of the screen. I never saw their terms and didn’t get a receipt or email conformation. I assumed the transaction was left incomplete and not submitted. But instead they shipped me their product several weeks later. Before I knew it they had made to charges to my account totaling $172.85. When I tried contacting them by the support email address they supplied they would never respond back to me. When I tried calling their customer service number it was after 5:00pm and they only take calls during business hours. When I finally took the time to call them I had to wait almost fifteen minutes before I finally got a customer service person. The customer service person told me that I agreed to their terms and that they would not refund my money. He also said that they would email me conformation that I had cancelled my order with them 09-15-09. I still haven’t received that conformation 09-16-09. Everything they do is to throw you off so that they’ll have more time to scam you
