Circuit City ESP is a rip off Customer NON Service false promises

ESP is a rip off! I bought a computer and payed 250 for the esp. A while after having it, it broke. I sent it in and they fixed it. Now my hard drive is going bad, and the modem is bad. I called the 800 number, and they guy said run scan disk and replace the phone cord. The hard drive has physical damage as well as the modem. Now they wont fix it. The plan is for four (4) years, but all they say is that these parts wear out after a couple years and now they wont do anything to fix my computer. I will never shop there again.
