Vince Teodoro, Chris Teodoro, Marilen Teodoro, Adam Luz, Aldis Ozolins, Brian Marquez, MARYAM GHOVANLOU, Rachel Mazie refuse to refund amount of $2875

RPM (Richmond Performance Modifications) sent agreed signed contract with Akira Graphics on 15 May 08 to build e-commerce site in 8-9 weeks and sent first over nighted payment of $2875 on 16 May 08, website should have been completed July 16 to July 30, today is 16 Oct 08,4 months past deadline, I have called countless times to resolve with even hopes to still continue site with no returned calls, Akira last touched site on 08 Aug 08, after 30 Jun 08 Akira was in breach of contract, we decided not to continue as their obligations had not been met and considerably past deadline, the contract written by our attorney states if there is no website all payments are to be refunded immediately.

I have contacted Vince Teodoro who is owner of Akira Graphics and he has quoted "We have dropped the ball on this project" and he would refund our money, today is 16 Oct 08 and Akira Graphics still has not refunded our payment of $2875 and is ignoring our calls as they have never not answered our calls in past.
