PC Wonder - Ram-upgrades
PC Wonder Inc - Ram-upgrades - Bought an Item on ebay from PC Wonder that I never received, they claim it was delivered, but delivered to where? Winter Springs

This Company, I don't know how to describe them, they ripped me off, they don't want to re ship me the product that I've ordered and never received, nor do they want to issue me a refund, they communication with the seller is an issue, I've tried to communicate to them at first when I didn't receive the item, then they responded once that it was delivered to my city and state, but not to my actual address! Then I never heared from them for awhile, everytime I call their Phone number which is actually a voicemail number that nobody answers, I contacted sales@pcwonderinc.com, but in no vain. Then, I've decided to Report the issue to paypal which is supposed to be a reputable company, then, just before I filed the report I get an option that I should try to communicate with mike@pcwonderinc.com who is a customer service specialist, but this mike is full of air, didn't do a thing, few days later I file a report through paypal buyer protection but I get two responses from mike, then nothing -no communications from pc wonder at all. Then I proceed with paypal buyer protection claim, then few days they rule in favor of the seller, because, he showed them a proof of delivering the package, what a joke. So, where is Paypal buyer protection in all of this, I beleive it's all a big scam. Finally, I'll complain with ebay about the seller, I'll keep contacting the seller to get back my money or contact someone from shame on you and embarass them on tv. Please be careful when you buy or sell on ebay, I guess I've made a mistake with this purchase.
