Free Movie Offer Delivered Late, Then Charged $20 After Cancelling

Free movie cd rip-off:

Got a new DVD player for my birthday, there was a coupon for free! CD preview from Netflix.com. Like any good American, who likes a free deal, I logged on and ordered my supposed four free cd movies, when they arrived a week later, they were promised in two days, anyway only three arrived and one skipped so bad in spots it was hard to watch.

I returned the cds logged back on to netflix.com and canceled my membership. But lo and be hold wouldn't you know it the jerks still charged my visa for twenty buck.

I e-mailed them to credit my account but still haven't hear from them.

Moral of the story, holy man who walks with head bowed, run into things. Netflix in my book is a rip-off!!
